Terms of Use

Each individual kit will contain their own terms of use with proper credit given to the assets that require credit. If you’re curious about the terms beforehand, this is a general ToU.

To extract from Second Life, open the picture up, then go into your “File” menu. Choose “Save Texture As…”, then choose your save location. You will now have a TGA file that you can edit in your chosen photo editing program.

These products were created wholly by moo Money or in part through the use of brushes, actions, and fonts provided by third parties.

If you’re feeling generous, you may credit “made by moo” in your flickr photos created with these items, but it’s not necessary!

• Although these products are full permission, that is only so that you can download them to your computer for editing in photo editing software.
• These products are PERSONAL USE ONLY.

You may:

• Use these items to make scrapbook pages that you post on flickr or other photo sharing sites.
• Create scrapbook pages for friends using these items, but the image given to them must be flattened.
• Submit your design made with this kit to photography contests in Second Life.
• Refer your friends to me and if they make a purchase (and you are a previous customer of mine), I may give you a discount card to use on my products!

You may not:

• Share these textures with anyone.
• Use these to make a website or template.
• Use these in your commercial products either inside of Second Life or outside of SL.
• Use these in store ads.
• Use these items in scrapbooking projects you were hired for. In the future I will be releasing commercial use packs.
